Just in time for Valentine's Day! Enjoy some sweets with your sweetie. These low calorie, low fat snacks are great to snack on and spoil yourself. Here's what you'll need:
- 1/4 Cup Dates Dried
- 1/4 Cup Foxy Fit Protein FOR HER Vanilla Protein
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/8 Cup Oats
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 3 Squares Dark Cocoa Squares (30 g)
Instructions:
- Mix together dates, protein powder, water, oats, and coconut flour and roll into 8 balls.
- Melt chocolate.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate until completely covered.
- Top each truffle with cocoa or coconut and put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- When the chocolate hardens, you're done!
